REFUNDS
There are no refunds for classes, package or memberships.  If a pass or packages expires prior to all classes being redeemed, the remaining classes do not roll over, are no longer redeemable and are not refundable.

PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
After packages & memberships are purchased, riders are still required to book individual classes. Special event and holiday rides are not included in any packages or memberships. All packages and memberships are valid for 30 days after purchase, unless otherwise noted in the description.  If packages or memberships are not used during this period we are not able to extend or refund any portion of the purchase.
