BOOKING, CHECK-IN, & RESCHEDULING
All locations can be booked on Vagaro. Please download the Vagaro app and bookmark your favorite location(s) for ease of use. Links for each location are shown below. If you are purchasing a package or memberships, add the package or membership to your basket and complete that purchase. AFTER the package or membership has been purchased, select the classes you would like to book and process as a separate transaction.
BOOKING INFO:
SELECT “CLASSES” to book a single class or
SELECT “MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES” to purchase a package. After purchasing your package, you will need to go back into your profile to book your classes. Make sure to book them fully and not leave them in your shopping cart 🛒.
CHECK-IN INFO:
When arriving to class for Check-In please have the applicable app open to show your booking confirmation. Doors open for class Check-In 15 minutes prior to class start time. Doors close 15 minutes after class starts in the Chicago location (the light will be red). Doors close 5 minutes after class start in the Homewood location. NO REFUNDS OR
CANCELLATIONS FOR MISSED CLASSES
RESCHEDULING INFO:
Classes for all locations can be rescheduled, on Vagaro, up to 5 hours prior to class start time. Requests for rescheduling after this time window will not be honored.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you have purchased a Package or Membership, make sure the class you want to reschedule to is within the expiration date of your package/membership or you will be charged the full price for class.
To view your expiration date, visit your profile.
MISSED CLASSES:
If a class is missed for any reason, the class will no longer be redeemable and there are no refunds for missed classes.
CANCELLED CLASSES:
If a class is cancelled by XFA, all booked riders will receive the
option of either rescheduling that class or receiving a refund.
NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED ON PACKAGES, MEMBERSHIPS, AND/OR CLASSES. NO REFUNDS ON CLASSES THAT WERE SCHEDULED AND THE DEADLINE FOR RESCHEDULING HAS BEEN MISSED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CANCELLED CLASSES DUE TO WEATHER:
If classes are cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be notified at least 2 hours before class via text or email depending on how you setup notifications in your profile. Please setup both text and email notifications so you don’t miss anything.
